Bug Phenomena:
Users are unable to access NGAF web console (web UI) and show error SSL version or cipher suite mismatch.
Trigger conditions:
A browser that is updated to the latest version may trigger this issue..
Root Cause:
The latest version browser didn't support TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 anymore, while NGAF 8.0.23 and below only support TLS1.0 and TLS1.1.
How to check:
Use latest version browser access NGAF web UI, if the below screenshot occurs means the browser is unable to support TLS1.0 and TLS1.1.

[*]If the device supports upgrade, upgrade the firmware version to 8.0.26 or the latest version. The workaround can use other browsers for temporary access.
