Summary:

Hi, before this had created local user group name KKTM Networks and it showing how many users on that local user group. But now it only shows at "/". Can someone help me to achieve online users to ...

yes bro, even you deployed as bridge u also choose the interface right, which one is WAN and LAN
you check on System > Network > deployment , if you deployed between FW & Core switch make sure interface that u choose as WAN plug to FW and LAN to core swtich

please u change the interface, its indicate u wrong plug the interface WAN & LAN, because in online users show many public IP

Unjoin from the domain, (join to a workgroup) and then rejoin the domain.

The "/" symbols means the the user does not belong to any group yet.

1. Choose System > Online Users. On the Members pane, select the individual user for which an Internet
Access Policy is to be added or edited.
2. Click the username. The editing page is displayed.
3. On the new window appear, click the Group and manual search the group that the user belong
