Summary:

Dear Support, I want to import security group from Active Directory. But not all users being imported. Only some users are being imported

Is there anyone who can help in this issue. Other FW Sophos was working fine with security groups but i am facing issue with Sangfor NGAF syncing security group users.

Dear Support,

For specific user, i changed its primary group from domain to that security group but it did not sync.

I tested on IAM. It was working well.

Please look into it.

Hi,

For your information, NGAF does not sync a same user into two different group.
Example: user A was grouped in groupA and groupB security group, while sync-ing into NGAF, the NGAF will remove the duplicate user A.

You may try to search from other groups.
