Product Version Product:

HCI and SCP Version : 6.9.1

Issue Description:

We were facing the issue to install Windows 11 Operating System in Sangfor HCI, we were trying to Install Windows 11 as per Routine Process, But Could Not Succeeded.

Handling Process:
After Some Troubleshoot we found the solution. Actually, creating a Windows 11 Virtual Machine needs to meet some configurational requirements. While Windows 11 Installation, Virtual machine automatically checked its prerequisites. Like if Virtual Machine has 2 or more virtual processors, 4 GB or More than 4 GB Memory with enabled Secure Boot and virtual TPM. If it can't meet the requirement, Error will be interrupted during Installation Like: "This PC can't run Windows 11" on Sangfor HCI.

Solution:

That After Made Changes in Registry, We can resolve the Issue.
1st Step: Once This Error Interrupted. Press Shift + F10.
After Press Shift + F10 Command Prompt Screen will be Appeared and type regedit after X:\Sources. Then hit Enter button on the keyboard.

2nd Step: Extend HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder and SYSTEM folder. Right-click on Setup folder, and select New to create a new Key.

3rd Step: Name the new key as LabConfig. Enter Labconfig folder and right-click on the blank to create a new DWORD(32-bit) Value.

4th Step: Name the DWORD(32-bit) Value as BypassCPUCheck.

5th Step: Right-click on BypassCPUCheck and choose Modify.

6th Step: Adjust the Value data of BypassCPUCheck to 1 and click on OK.

7th Step: Right-click on the blank and create more 3 new DWORD(32-bit) Value files one by one. Name them as BypassTPMCheck, BypassRAMCheck, BypassSecureBootCheck and adjust their Value data into 1 respectively. Then quit this Windows.

8th Step: Close the Registry Dialogue Box, Windows Command Prompt and Windows Setup Box to go on Windows Setup.
