How to Restore Factory Defaults IAM ?

However if you don't remember your device username and password then you need to hard reset your device.
For that We can use a cross cable to restore factory defaults except by Updater,

The steps you need to follow are as follows:
Using the power button to shutdown the IAM device.
Prepared a cross cable.
Using the cross cable to connect to any two interfaces of  IAM device。(Attention: The two interface can't be bypass interfaces.)
Finally starting up the IAM device and waiting for 5 minutes.

Attentions:
1. On starting up the IAM device,you can see the red light on always,it means restoring factory defaults.Waiting for 3 minutes,the red light will flash,and keep waiting for 2 minutes, if  restore success,the IAM device will auto reboot,so you can use the default ip address to login the IAM.

2.After resotred factory defaults,all the configurations will be lost.

Hi Dear,

If you know the device username and password, you login to your device, Go to Systems -> General -> Backup and Restore. From here you can restore your device to factory defaults
