Hi, to Uninstall ES Client, normally you have to login to ES manager and directly uninstall client from the list of Endpoint Client.

But if ES client is unreachable from ES manager or status is offline, or disabled, you cannot uninstall from ES manager.
if this happen in you current condition, you can contact nearest sangfor support from your location. or open ticket to sangfor support.
