Certain functionality may be restricted if the license expires and you are unable to access the ES controller website. If you want to remove ES from such machines without going through the controller web page, you may need to contact the vendor's support or consult their documentation. In most cases, suppliers offer a way to remove their software even in cases when controller access is prohibited.

It might be best to uninstall it via the Control Panel and then search for the relevant Sangfor software to uninstall. You may be prompted for a password in some situations, in which case you must enter the one that Sangfor Endpoint Secure admin supplied.

If you are unable to log into the ES controller web page to uninstall Endpoint Secure (ES) from the machines, there are a few options you can try:

Reset the ES controller password: You can try resetting the password for the ES controller to regain access. This process may vary depending on the specific software you are using. Check the documentation or support resources provided by the software vendor for instructions on how to reset the password.

Contact the ES vendor support: Reach out to the vendor's support team and explain your situation. They may be able to provide you with guidance or a solution to uninstall ES from the machines without requiring access to the controller web page. Provide them with any relevant information, such as the license expiration date and the machines that still have ES installed.

Uninstall ES locally: If you are unable to reset the password or get assistance from the vendor, you can try uninstalling ES directly on the machines where it is still installed. This can typically be done through the operating system's control panel or using an uninstallation tool provided by the ES software.

Remember to review the documentation or contact the vendor's support team for specific instructions on how to properly uninstall ES from the machines.
