User AD Account not detected in Online User

Just like the title... Sometimes my device Sangfor IAM (software ver 11.9) won't detect the user account (we using AD auth).

Does anyone here have the same problem or maybe already have a solution??

Dear Yaku,

There are many factors which might cause the AD SSO not perform as expectation.

1) PC haven join domain
2) Mobile cannot join domain
3) Insufficient Privilege for the Input Account (Unable to read or synchronize data from AD)
4) PC Group Policy is not updated
5) Many more

As far as I know unless user is not authenticate successfully, it will not show in online users.

When the user failed to be authenticate through SSO, it will follow the alternative authentication method configured in the Authentication Policy.
For example, the alternative authentication method is configured as Open Auth with IP address as username.
When the user failed to be authenticate through SSO, it will be authenticate with Open Authentication and the username shown in online user will be the IP address of the user PC.
