Based on the release note, it should support hot direct upgrade 6.8.0R1 > 6.8.0.R2. You can also check using Sangfor aDeploy tool to do a pre-check upgrade. It will also show you the upgrade sequence too.

In case during the pre-upgrade check failed, an error will pop up showing what is the cause of failure. In case of abnormalities, the error pop up will notify you to cantact sangfor tecg team since it may require to troubleshoot directly into the backend system.
