Unable to connect the shared folders in different Vlan through VPN

Need help on this: One of our customer is using NGAF Firewall he shared folders in different Vlans respectively. Because some on the employees are working remotely. Installed an Easy Connect to each of the assigned laptop for VPN connection. The user after successfully logging in the VPN some of the users who's the shared folders are in different vlan unable to connect the shared folders. Only 1 Vlan is accessible.

Hi, please double-check the application control for the existing rules and ensure that the VPN users have appropriate rules to grant access to the internal resources they need (regardless of the VLAN on which the internal resources are defined).

Are the VLANs you mentioned defined on the NGAF device or on a Layer 3 switch?

After that, try to go to NGAF’s web UI under System -> Troubleshooting and perform a precise packet analysis to determine which policy the VPN users match when they are trying to reach the internal shares.

Check the VPN settings to confirm that routing policies or access control lists (ACLs) permit access to all VLANs with shared folders, not just the one VLAN.

Check the SSL VPN roles and make sure the shared folder VLAN is included in the resources.
