Hello Friend,
To find or add the "Host Computer" column in an endpoint list, it depends on the tool or system you're using. Here are some general steps for popular endpoint management or security platforms:

1. Check Column Options in the UI
In most endpoint management tools, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Symantec Endpoint Protection, or CrowdStrike, you can often add or customize the columns displayed.
Look for a Settings or Customize Columns option within the endpoint list view.
Find and check the box for "Host Computer" or a similar term (e.g., "Device Name," "Hostname," "Computer Name").
2. Using Filters or Search
Some systems don’t display all possible columns by default, but they allow you to search by specific criteria.
Use the Search or Filter options to enter a known host computer name. This can help in isolating specific endpoints associated with that host.
3. Reports or Export Data
If you cannot add it directly, try exporting the list to a CSV or Excel file. Many tools allow exports that include more details, such as host computer names.
Once exported, you can view or filter the data outside of the platform.
4. APIs or Advanced Queries
For systems that support APIs or custom queries (like SQL in some security platforms), you could query the system to list host computers and their associated endpoints.
Example: For CrowdStrike, you might use the Device Search API to pull the information.

Steps to Add or Find Host Computer in the Endpoint List:
1.Log in to the Admin Console: Access the management console for the endpoint security system (such as Sangfor's platform or any other).

2.Navigate to the Endpoint List:
-Go to the Endpoint or Device Management section.
-Look for the list of devices/endpoints currently connected or registered with the system.

3.Customize Columns:
-Look for an options or settings button (often represented as a gear icon or under a settings menu) near the list of endpoints.
-Select Customize View or Manage Columns (wording may differ based on the system).
In the customization settings, search for the column related to Host Computer or Hostname. This column typically displays the device's name on the network.

4.Enable Host Column:
-Check the box next to the Hostname or Host Computer column (or any other similar field like Device Name).
-Apply or save the changes to make this column visible in the endpoint list.

5.View the Hostnames:
-Once added, the host computer name should now be visible in the list.
-You can now sort or filter by hostname if needed.
