Hi there, you can use the NSF/NGAF troubleshooting. Fill in the source IP and the destination and enable the precise traffic analysis. Then ping from ur local PC to the destination. If the ur policy indeed was doing the blocking, it will show in the logs below.
Make sure u enable the precise traffic analysis before u ping from the source IP. If u ping 1st then enabled the feature, it may not able to succesfully to capture the logs. Enable the feature 1st, then ping from the source.

if that doesn't work, enable the global passthrough. It will automatically shows any traffic that flows through the NSF/NGAF. Just as reminder, when u allow this feature all policy will be temporarily allow all. So make sure u just allow for a little time to just check whether the policy is blocking the access or not. Like the precise traffic analysis, enable the feature 1st then ping the destination

Ensure the policy for idrive.com is configured correctly in the Application Control settings by allowing its associated application or domain explicitly. Verify that the domain is not blocked under other policies and check for DNS resolution issues.

Hi, you need to create a proper application control that recognize and allow this type of traffic. Look here how to do that (the guide is outdated, but the steps are the almost the same): hxxps://community.sangfor.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=6334&highlight=

HTTP (port 80); HTTPS (port 443); make sure that the policy allows access to these ports
