Make Forward IP Public with port

I use Public IP to setup Sangfor on the WAN so I can access it anywhere. and I try to forward with a Private IP from Sangfor which can be accessed via a Public IP. whether the way I did is correct or is there another way. Please help.
202.xxx.xxx.xxx My ip Public
10.84.19.219     My ip private

I am thinking you are testing it within the network. Can you try accessing it outside of your network since this is public IP already or you can let your colleague try accessing it from their home instead.
