Hi, Sangfor application identification database might not recognize all the email vendor signatures, especially the web-based email vendor.
You can try to allow all in the access control policy, then create another content security policy that rejected all URL categories, but allowed the email URL category.
That is much easy and workable compared to block by ports or the application identification.
Is this answer helpful?

create separate policies for those websites and block them separately. Use explicit deny policies.

Under "Destination Address", enter the domain names of the email sites that you want to allow (e.g., gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.).

For this problem just allowed SSL and everything will be fine as per your wish and for other website which already get allowed due to SSL, create separate policies for those websites and block them separately. Use explicit deny policies etc.
