How to manually delete logs or how to lower the disk usage in IAG?

I have a client that would like to manually delete to lower the disk usage. How to manually delete those data in the disk storage?

Verify that the data has been deleted by checking the storage usage or searching for the file or directory.

In Sangfor IAG, you may specify log retention settings to remove logs automatically or manually, alter log levels to limit data logged, and enable log compression to reduce disk space use.

To manually delete data from disk storage, identify and select the files or folders you want to delete, confirm the deletion, empty the recycle bin or trash folder, and repeat the process as needed.

Follow these steps:

Determine the location of the data to be deleted. It might be a particular directory, file, or database.

Determine if the data is vital or required for any applications or services to function. If the data is critical, think about backing it up or preserving it before deleting it.

Choose the data to be deleted. You can navigate to the required place and pick the files or folders to delete using the file browser or command line interface supplied by IAG (IAM).

Select the files or folders you want to remove. Navigate to the file explorer or command line interface and locate the files you wish to remove.

Right-click on the selected files or directories and choose the "Delete" or "Remove" option. Alternatively, you may find a delete button or option in the user interface of the storage management section.
