To install Docker Desktop on Windows Server 2019, follow these steps:
Visit the Docker website and download the Docker Desktop installation file for Windows.
Run the installation file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
After the installation is complete, you can launch Docker Desktop from the Start menu.

Enabling Hyper-V feature: To enable the Hyper-V feature on Windows Server 2019, you can follow these steps:
Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type optionalfeatures.exe and press Enter.
In the Optional Features window, scroll down to "Hyper-V" and check the box next to it.
Click "Add a feature" to install Hyper-V.
Restart your server for the changes to take effect.

Navigate to the "Edit VM" area.
Choose "Use CPU from host" and "Para-virtualized clock," if desired.
To save the changes, click "Save."
Please be aware that you will not be able to move the virtual machine (VM) between nodes once you have used this function if the physical servers on the node have different CPU models. You can move the virtual machine (VM) normally, though, if the actual servers have the same CPU model.

Enabling Hyper-V on Windows Server 2019 requires particular hardware virtualization capability. Make sure your system satisfies the requirements, which include a 64-bit processor, Hardware-Assisted Virtualization (HAV), and Second Level Address Translation (SLAT). Additionally, confirm that virtualization support is enabled in your BIOS settings. If you run into problems,

I suggest refer to the Sangfor HCI v6.3.0 User Manual or contact Sangfor support for detailed instructions for enabling Hyper-V on HCI . It's crucial to remember that Docker Desktop is not supported on Windows Server 2019, so don't try installing it there. Instead, you should install Docker Enterprise Edition (EE).

For instructions for configuring and troubleshooting, consult the Sangfor HCI and Docker documentation.
Support: For help if you run into problems, get in touch with Sangfor support.

Important Points:

Verify Compatibility: Prior to trying an installation, make sure that Hyper-V is compatible with the version of your HCI that you are using.
Alternative Solutions: If Hyper-V is not supported, look into other virtualization or containerization solutions.
Security: When utilizing virtualization and container technologies, give security precautions first priority.

Ensure your Windows Server 2019 satisfies Docker Desktop's system requirements (CPU, RAM, virtualization capability).
Network Configuration: Modify the network configuration as needed to support communication and Docker containers.
Security: To safeguard your HCI environment and Docker containers, put in place the necessary security measures.

If your HCI version fully supports Hyper-V:
Follow the regular Windows Server processes to enable Hyper-V.
As usual, install Docker Desktop.
Limited Compatibility: If there is just a partial support for Hyper-V, then:
There may be limitations or particular setting tasks needed.
Refer to the Sangfor documentation for instructions.
Incompatibility: Should Hyper-V be completely unsupported:
Explore other virtualization technologies compatible with Sangfor HCI.
Consider containerization systems that don't rely on Hyper-V, such as Docker on Linux.
