Hi,

Would suggest to always check the documentation to see what specifications would suffice the requirement. I think it would work regardless of the brand as long as the requirements has been met.

For any concerns, would recommend to consult with Sangfor support for immediate assistance.

HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) typically provides roadmaps and support plans for their DL360, DL380, and other server generations, outlining compatibility with various hardware, software, and firmware updates. These roadmaps detail the lifecycle management of each server generation, including planned end-of-support dates and compatibility with future generations of processors, memory modules, storage devices, and networking components. HPE offers comprehensive support services, including firmware updates, driver compatibility, and technical assistance to ensure smooth integration and operation of DL360 Gen10, Gen10 Plus, and Gen11 servers within diverse IT environments. Customers can rely on HPE's commitment to ongoing product support and compatibility to optimize their server infrastructure for performance, reliability, and security.

I recommend to consulting the Sangfor HCI Compatibility list to determine the necessary specifications. It’s likely that any brand will be compatible, provided it meets the established requirements. Keep in mind to make sure with sangfor support about hard drive compatibility as in our dl380 gen9 servers where we have hci 6.9, the hard disk won't be recognized correctly after hci installation. The Sangfor italian support solved this issue by modifying an json file within hci nodes (via ssh) to make ssd disk usable.

you can find roadmaps and support plans for HPE DL 360 -380 Gen 10,

Gen 10Plus, and Gen11 Sangfor compatibility products:

    Sangfor Website:
Visit the Sangfor website and navigate to their Support section. They typically have a knowledge base or downloads section where they provide documentation and support resources.
Search for documents mentioning "compatibility matrix" or "supported platforms" which might list compatible HPE server models for Sangfor products.

    HPE Partner Portal:
If you have access to the HPE Partner Portal, you might find resources there. Look for documents mentioning "Sangfor" or "partner compatibility" which might list compatible Sangfor products for HPE DL servers.

    Contact Sangfor Support:
Sangfor should have a support portal or contact information readily available on their website. Reach out to their support team directly and inquire about the compatibility roadmap and support plans for the specific HPE server models you're interested in.

    HPE Support:
While HPE might not directly support Sangfor products, they can confirm if the HPE DL server models you mentioned are still under warranty or have active support plans.
