Hi, I think I've faced this issue but don't quite remember it. Do you have the screenshot? Maybe I can recall what type of the error

Hi,
The "Authorization check failed because no authorization is available" error typically points to a permissions or authentication issue. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:

1.Verify User Permissions:
Ensure the user account you’re using has the necessary permissions to create and connect to VMs. You may need admin or specific VM management permissions.

2.Check Authentication Settings:
Make sure that any required authentication methods (e.g., API keys, OAuth tokens) are configured correctly.
If you’re using a role-based access control (RBAC) system, confirm that the account is authorized for VM creation and access.

3.Review Security Policies:
In some environments, security policies might restrict the creation of new VMs. Check any active security policies or firewall rules that might be preventing authorization.

4.Reconnect/Sign In Again:
Sometimes, session timeouts or expired tokens cause authorization failures. Try logging out and back in to refresh credentials.

5.Check with Your Service Provider:
If the VM creation is managed by an external service or platform, the issue might be related to your account’s service status or quotas. Contact support to verify that your account is in good standing and has the resources to create new VMs.

hi, The migration scenarios for HCI can be categorized into two types:

Physical migration: This refers to migrating physical servers to the Sangfor platform.

VM migration: This refers to migrating virtual machines from other cloud platforms to the Sangfor platform.

On which scenario are you facing the issue?

Please double check if the operating system is supported (replace xx with tt to make link clickable): hxxps://knowledgebase.sangfor.com/detailPage?articleData=%7B%22articleType%22%3A1,%22articleId%22%3A%2209dad61edcc44ca18e87d5166a13a425%22,%22keyword%22%3A%22scmt%20migration%20sync%22%7D
