Method 1:
Disable the Windows driver signature verification.

bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON

After doing so, restart your PC.

If it still doesn't work, change the startup settings.

1. Start your computer and then keep pressing the F8 key before Windows starts. You will see the Advanced Options screen.
2. Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click the Restart button.
3. When your computer restarts you’ll see a list of options. Press F7 on your keyboard to select Disable driver signature enforcement.
4. Your computer will now restart and you’ll be able to install unsigned drivers.

Method 2:
1. Open the command line as  administrator, and execute sc query sfp2v to check whether the driver exists.
2. If it exists, execute sc delete sfp2v to delete the driver first, and then sc query sfp2v to check whether the deletion is successful.
3. Reinstall the p2v migration tool.
