Yes you can.
First add the NFS storage to the Datastore then go to Reliability  > Scheduled Backup/CDP and add the NFS Datastore you created earlier.

Note: Due to performance restriction, NFS datastore is recommended to store VM backups only, but not to create or run VMs.
