Hello,
yes you can opt for this kind of solution by using vGPU hardware cards it can be achieved easily. we have implemented this at one of our client in an IT college where they have labs for photoshop classes and it works perfectly fine. you just have to create a separate VM pools for those classes so that they can automaticall use GPUs while generating a user session.
