Press the DEL key during POST to enter the BIOS, then navigate to IPMI > BMC Network Configuration.
    Configure settings
In the BIOS, you can configure settings like a static IP address and gateway.

To change the default IP address for IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) on a Sangfor HCI device, follow these general steps:
1. Access the IPMI Interface

Connect to the IPMI management interface using the current IP address.
Open a browser and enter the IP address of the IPMI in the address bar.
Log in using the default credentials or the credentials already set for your IPMI.

2. Navigate to the Network Settings

Once logged in, locate the Configuration or Network Settings section. The location may vary depending on the IPMI firmware version (e.g., BMC firmware like AMI or Supermicro).

3. Modify the IP Address

Choose Static IP Configuration (if using DHCP, you can assign a static lease via your DHCP server instead).
Enter the new IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway.
    Save the changes.

4. Reboot or Apply Settings

Some IPMI interfaces may require a reboot of the management interface for changes to take effect. If prompted, allow the system to reboot.

5. Verify the New IP Address

After the settings are applied, access the IPMI using the new IP address.
Confirm that you can log in and that all features are operational.

Notes:

Default Credentials: Check your Sangfor HCI documentation for default login details if they haven't been changed.
Network Conflicts: Ensure the new IP address does not conflict with other devices on the network.
Physical Access: If you lose connection to IPMI, you may need physical access to the server to reset the IPMI configuration.

If you need specific guidance for Sangfor HCI, including screenshots or firmware-specific instructions, consult the Sangfor HCI Documentation or contact Sangfor support.
