I want to create an ACL on the firewall, I have a requirement that the firewall management can only be accessed by only these three public IP's 125.209.X.X, 202.141.X.X, and 202.142.X.X.

Hi Sir, you can do it in 2 ways.
1. Configure a DNAT which will redirect request to these 3 public IP(with specific port) to the firewall management IP&port.
2. Configure a Application Control Policy which only allow these 3 public IP with specific port.
