I am stryggling to sync the clocks between 2 node, and hence cannot add a node

Hi, you have to check and set properly time zone on each hci node.

It sounds like you're facing a couple of issues with your Sangfor HCI aCloud setup. Let's tackle them one by one.

### Regional Servers Setting
The issue with adding a node due to regional servers setting might be related to the configuration of your management network. Ensure that both nodes are on the same network segment and that their management interfaces are correctly configured.

### Syncing Clocks Between Nodes
Clock synchronization is crucial for the proper functioning of a cluster. Here are some steps you can follow to sync the clocks between your nodes:

1. **Network Time Protocol (NTP) Configuration**:
   - Ensure both nodes are configured to use the same NTP server.
   - You can set this up in the system settings of each node.

2. **Manual Time Setting**:
   - If NTP is not an option, you can manually set the time on both nodes to be as close as possible.
   - Use the command line to set the date and time on each node.

3. **Check Time Zone Settings**:
   - Ensure both nodes are set to the same time zone.
   - This can usually be configured in the system settings or via the command line.

4. **Verify Synchronization**:
   - Use commands like `ntpq -p` to check the NTP status and ensure both nodes are synchronized.

Hi, have you tried set the time directly form cluster system Time? and make sure every node has same version of firmware.

Hi,
Use the Network Time Protocol (NTP). TP allows computers to synchronize their clocks over a network.
Access: You need administrative access to both nodes.
Network Connectivity: Ensure both nodes have internet access or access to an NTP server within your network.
Firewall Considerations: If there are firewalls between the nodes, ensure UDP port 123 (used by NTP) is open for traffic.ws computers to synchronize their clocks over a network.
