can i assign volume from vSAN outside HCI to one physical server

i want to use some space/volume from my HCI vSAN with my external server. If answer is yes then please describe in detail. If answer is no then it is a limitation.

Hi, you can create a new iscsi share in hci web ui and then mount It on your virtual machine (the machine must have a iscsi initiator service installed). To create iscsi target on hci web ui,you can go to repositories section,then clic on iscsi server, set size and take note about iscsi parameters. Then go on your virtual machine and After installation of iscsi initiator service, yoimu can point tò the previously created iscsi target.

I think you people are not getting my question.
Let me explain it again.

1. i have one physical server which is placed outside HCI environment, its operating system is windows server.
2. i want to assign volume to physical server from HCI aSAN. Remember HCI environment consist of 13 nodes cluster.
3. HCI aSAN is already in production, all VMs are running from aSAN.
4. can i create new volume from aSAN and assign it to the physical server. Edge network and storage network are different in my scenario.
