Q1:SangforChecks supports health check versions
All versions

Q2:The VDI device cannot be health - checked normally
2.1 Issue Description
1.  According to the User Manual, the VDI device cannot be health - checked normally.
2.2 Solution
1.  Ensure whether the running state of the aDesk_Tools tool is normal.

2.  Configure the device according to the following.
a)  Log in to the VDC console and go to System > O&M Configuration. On the SSH Maintenance, select Enable temporary admin access via LAN interface or Enable temporary admin access via WAN interface area and click Save.

b)  On Sangfor Checks, configure the Task Settings and click Start, as shown in the following figure.

c)  Log in to the VMP console, go to System > Service & Tech Support, and click Enable in the SSH Port section. Disable the SSH port after the check is complete.

d)  On Sangfor Checks, configure the Task Settings and click Start, as shown in the following figure.

3.  Check whether the port connectivity is normal. (port [size=14.6667px]22)

4.  If the inspection is still abnormal, please contact tech.support@sangfor.com.
