Please help, my IAM doesn't sync with external report center. When doing test connection from IAM to External Report Center I got this error "Alert: Failed to test connectivity with the external report center!"

Hi,

The probem had already been solved. It turns out report center server hadn't opened port 810. After adding allow rule for that port and restarting the server then all became good.

Hi,

Please access to External Report center via Browser.
Then, go to "System" > "Logs" to check if any error or warning logs.
