IAM SSO Authentication

Hi,

How can i fix the SSO in IAM?

Some of my computer use open Auth as the authentication method. I want all of my computer to use SSO.

What is the possible resolution on it and the cause?

I already try to turn off the firewall and Antivirus of my computer but still the same result.

If you wish to force your user auth by AD SSO.
You can adjust your default policy -> auth method to single sign on.

Hi @junvie here is IAM 11.9 manual please read from page 522 . i hope you will find your solution. if still you cant get solution then inform.

hi, what method did you use in the integration of the AD? you can enable the script mode plus other integration method so you can have higher translation rate, but even if you enabled it all. We still cannot guarantee a 100% translation rate.
