Accessing reboot logs within Sangfor NGAF (Next-Generation Application Firewall) typically involves navigating to the management interface, locating sections like logs or event viewers under monitoring or system menus, and searching for keywords such as "reboot" or "restart." These logs often allow users to filter events by date and time, enabling checks for reboots within the last 24 hours or the past week. If there's difficulty locating these logs, consulting the user manual or technical documentation specific to the NGAF version can provide detailed instructions or contacting Sangfor support for assistance might be beneficial.

in general, you have different steps in order to check the reboot history of your specific device.

1. Login in thru the web interface of your Sangfor NGAF device using your login credentials and look for section like "System Logs", "Event logs", or other similar category. You may check for entries related to reboot or restart which may include timestamps and specific reason for reboot
2. Access the CLI using SSH or console connection. Use the command "show system status" or "show system log" to display info about system events. look for entries related to reboot/restart.
